The cancellation and refund policy will be as follows:
- Conference registration cancellations are refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee. To avoid this fee, you may opt to instead receive a credit to your membership account, which will have no financial penalty.
- In the event AASC must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, AASC will refund the cost of registration in the form of a credit to your membership account, which can be used towards future conferences or membership dues.
