Event Description
The AASC Board of Directors invites you to our third annual industry-wide event in the luxury of Park City, Utah. The AASC Winter Summit offers attendees the opportunity to meet members of the AASC Board, network, and learn from others in the settlement consultant industry at Hotel Park City. This event is open to producers. Partner members at the Silver level and above are eligible to attend.
Registration is open for executive and cottage luxury rooms.
Hotel check-in date is February 7. Hotel check-out is February 10.
Both AASC members and nonmembers are eligible to attend. Partners are invited on an invitation only basis.

Attendees will receive three nights the room selection of their choosing, two happy hours, and dinners with partner members.
The Winter Summit will be February 7-10, 2027.
Full payment is due no later than November 30, 2026.

The AASC Winter Summit Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:
- Registration and payment of deposit is an indication of attendance. Winter Summit registration cancellations are subject to a $250 administrative fee. To avoid this fee, you may opt to instead receive a credit to your membership account, which will have no financial penalty.
- In the event AASC must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, AASC will refund the cost of registration in the form of a credit to your membership account, which can be used towards future conferences and/or membership dues.
