The AASC is thrilled to be hosting our 2026 Annual Meeting in lovely Las Vegas!! You won't want to miss the fellowship, innovative educational sessions, a presidential party, and all the fun that Vegas has to offer!

The cancellation and refund policy will be as follows:
- Conference registration cancellations are refundable up to October 20, but subject to a $50 administrative fee. To avoid this fee, you may opt to instead receive a credit to your membership account, which will have no financial penalty.
- In the event AASC must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, AASC will refund the cost of registration in the form of a credit to your membership account, which can be used towards future conferences or membership dues.
