Event Registration - American Association of Settlement Consultants

The AASC Board of Directors invites you to an industry-wide event in the luxury of Park City, Utah.  The AASC Winter Summit offers attendees the opportunity to meet members of the AASC Board, network, and learn from others in the settlement consultant industry at Hotel Park City.  

Registrants will have three room options:  executive, deluxe, and luxury.  Check in February 7.  Check out February 10.

Both AASC members and nonmembers are eligible to attend. 
Partners are invited on an invitation-only basis.

Attendees will receive three nights the room selection of their choosing, two happy hours, and dinners with partner members.  
The winter summit will be February 7-10, 2027.   

A deposit it required to reserve your room.  Full payment is required by November 30, 2026.

Based on availability, you have the option to extend your stay after February 4 at this discounted rates. Email info@americanasc.org for options.

There is so much to explore in Park City!!  We encourage you to book your own adventure while you're there. Just a few options include:

The AASC Winter Summit Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:

• Registration and payment of deposit is an indication of attendance.  Winter Summit registration cancellations are subject to a $250 administrative fee. To avoid this fee, you may opt to instead receive a credit to your membership account for the most immediate membership year, which will have no financial penalty.  No refunds beyond November 30, 2026.
• In the event AASC must cancel the summit due to unforeseen circumstances, AASC will refund the cost of registration in the form of a credit to your membership account, which can be used towards future conferences and/or membership dues.
